Healthy Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
One ripe banana.

1 cup pineapple.

A bunch of organic fresh spinach.

A piece of ginger, about 2 inches.

1 TB spoon chia seeds.

One small apple.

Method:
Blend all the ingredients well in a blender, add ice cubes and half TB spoon of
honey. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and enjoy.


You can have this green smoothie in the morning before your breakfast or before
your daily workout; smoothies are the best option for you if you avoid chewing
on raw veggies and fruits.



Quick Lemon Butter Fish

Ingredients:
500 grams Fish
3 TB Butter
2 TB Olive Oil
1 large Lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Put butter in a large non-stick frying pan and heat over medium flame. When the butter melts, add the olive oil. Squeeze the lemon in the pan and mix with butter and olive oil.
Place the fish in the pan and increase the heat to medium-high.
Fry the fish for 4 minutes, then turn over and cook for 4 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Sprinkle salt and pepper while cooking both sides.
Check if the fish is cooked thoroughly; use a fork to flake away from the thick part of the fillet.
Garnish with dried herbs, serve with salad.

Superfood Salad Bowl

Ingredients:
1 Cucumber
One handful of finely chopped kale
Grated beet (1 Small)
½ cup chopped red cabbage
½ cup grated carrot
One handful of fresh spinach
Olive oil and honey for dressing
One avocado fine
One small apple diced

Method:
Mix all the veggies and fruits in a bowl.
Sprinkle olive oil and honey and enjoy the salad with
baked chicken. You can choose veggies and fruits of your choice.
